What do I need in order to sign up for Regs2Go?
The only things you need to get started is your name and a valid e-mail account.  You will set up your own password. You can also redeem your Regs2Go code at the time of sign-up or any time with an existing account. 
 
Do I have to download an app to use Regs2Go?
Nothing is downloaded to your device, you access your regulation materials through a web browser.  An internet connection is required to view Regs2Go.
 
What devices are compatible with Regs2Go?
Just about any device that has internet access can log in to  regs2go.com. This includes iPads, tablets, Android, iPhones, Windows phones, laptops and desktop computers using Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher.
 
Can I use Regs2Go on more than one of my devices?
You can use Regs2Go on all of your devices. Just log in and you will have all of your books with you wherever you are.  You can only be logged into one device at a time.
 
Where can I add a book, edition or code to my account?
There are two options.  The first is if you are scanning a QR code, you will be directed to  http://regs2go.com/start , enter your access code and click “I have an account”. From here, enter your email address and password and the book will be added to your account!
The second option is to log in to Regs2Go, and then click the "Add Book >>" button at the bottom of the page.  You will directed to a screen to input your new code.  The new book will show up on your Regs2Go home page.
 
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Go to   http://regs2go.com/Account/ForgotPassword and enter your email address, or click the "Forgot your password?" link from the log in page. You will be sent a link that will allow you to reset your password.
 
I have not received a confirmation email for my account.
Make sure to check your spam or trash folders as some e-mail filters will move our automated e-mails there.  You can resend your confirmation e-mail by logging in, and then clicking on your name in the top right corner.
 
Why do I need to confirm my e-mail?
Confirming your account will let you register more of our products, including future editions of your essential regulations!
