Mancomm provides a subscription service that allows our members to access compliance-related content ("Mancomm content") over the Internet on certain Internet-connected computers and other devices ("Mancomm-ready devices").
The Mancomm service is provided by Mancomm, Inc. By using our service, you accept these Terms of Use, which govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms, "Mancomm service", "our service", or "the service" refers to the personalized service provided by Mancomm for discovering and accessing Mancomm content, including all features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, our websites, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with our service.
YOU AGREE TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 7 TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH MANCOMM.
1. Membership
- Auto-Renewal: Your Mancomm membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated.
- Requirements for Use: To use the service, you must have Internet access, a Mancomm-ready device, and provide a valid payment method.
- Subscription Plans: We may offer multiple subscription plans, some of which may contain advertisements.
Promotional Offers
- Mancomm may offer special promotional offers, plans, or memberships ("Offers").
- Offer eligibility is determined at Mancomm’s sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke Offers.
- Certain promotional offers may not be available to current subscribers.
2. Billing and Cancellation
Billing Cycle
- The subscription fee and any additional charges (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date specified on the "Account" page.
- Your billing cycle depends on your chosen subscription plan.
Payment Methods
- You authorize Mancomm to charge any Payment Method linked to your account.
- If a primary Payment Method fails, we may charge an alternative payment method.
- If no valid payment method is available, your access to the service may be suspended.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time via the "Account" page on Mancomm.com.
- After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
No Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.
- Any credits or discounts are granted solely at Mancomm's discretion.
3. Mancomm Service
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
- License: During your membership, Mancomm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Mancomm content.

- No public performances.
- No archiving, reproducing, or redistributing content.
- No modifying, reverse engineering, or manipulating the service.
- No data scraping or unauthorized access.
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your account.
- Sharing your account information may lead to unauthorized access.
- Mancomm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties and Liability
- Service Provided "As Is": Mancomm does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- No Warranties: Mancomm does not warrant the performance of third-party devices or applications.
- Limitation of Liability: Mancomm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Third-Party Ads: Mancomm does not endorse third-party advertisements displayed on the service.
6. Arbitration Agreement
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy must be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court.
- Waiver of Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Arbitration Process:
- If you seek arbitration, you must send a written Notice of Claim to Mancomm.
- The arbitration will be governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration hearings will be held in the county (or parish) of your residence unless otherwise agreed.

7. Governing Law
- These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- These terms do not override consumer protection rights under applicable local laws.
8. Unsolicited Materials
- Mancomm does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas.
- Any unsolicited submissions become property of Mancomm without obligation for compensation.
9. Feedback and Communication Preferences
- Feedback: Any comments, ideas, or suggestions submitted to Mancomm may be used without compensation.
- Electronic Communications: Mancomm will send important notices, invoices, and security alerts electronically.
