This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the "Mancomm service” to access “Mancomm content” as those terms are defined in the Mancomm Terms of Use (Mancomm.com/pages/terms). It also explains what privacy rights you have and how to exercise them. Certain functionalities or apps that are part of the Mancomm service may also provide you with contextual privacy information or choices, in addition to the information and choices described in this Privacy Statement.   • Personal details: When you create your Mancomm account, we collect your contact information (such as your email address) and authentication information for your login (such as a password). Depending on how you set up your account and method of payment, we also collect:

    • First and last name
    • Phone number
    • Postal address
    • Other identifiers you provide to us
  • Payment details: We collect your payment details and other information to process payments, including:

    • Payment history
    • Billing address
  • Mancomm account details: Information associated with your Mancomm account settings and choices.

  • Usage information: Interaction details with the Mancomm service, including:

    • Search queries
    • App clicks
    • Text input
    • Time and duration of access
  • Device and network information: Data about your computer or device used to access our service, including:

    • IP addresses (used to determine your general location such as city, state/province, and postal code)
    • Device and software characteristics
    • Connection type (WiFi or cellular)
    • Performance data such as crash reports, timestamps, and debug log messages
    • Cookie data, resettable device identifiers, and advertising identifiers

  • Directly from you: When you register, update your account, correspond with us, or respond to surveys.
  • Automatically when you use our service: Account/profile information, usage details, device and network data.

    • Service Providers (e.g., payment processing, fraud prevention)
    • Marketing Providers (e.g., engagement with Mancomm ads)
    • Publicly available sources (e.g., public social media posts where you interact with Mancomm)

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide our service (e.g., personalized recommendations, content selection, localizing content based on geography).
  • Administer and operate our business (e.g., processing payments, account-related communications, troubleshooting network issues, password resets).
  • Research, analyze, and improve our services (e.g., optimizing content selection, analyzing usage patterns, processing survey responses).

Your Privacy Rights

You have rights to:

  • Object to processing or restrict processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent (does not affect processing before withdrawal).
  • Complain to a data protection authority (but we encourage you to contact us first).
  • Avoid automated decision-making with legal or significant impact.

Communication and Marketing Preferences

  • Email and Text Messages: Manage notifications under “Account” settings or click the “unsubscribe” link.
  • Push Notifications: Control settings via your device or in-app notification settings.
  • Matched Identifier Marketing: Adjust preferences in “Privacy and data settings” under “Account.”

Delete your Account

If you just want to stop paying for your subscription, you don’t need to delete your account. Simply downgrade to a free account in your Account settings to retain access to free features, like personal insights.

  • Your account can only be deleted by accessing your RegLogic account through a web browser.
  • Log in to your RegLogic.
  • Go to your Account settings and click to expand your Profile Settings.
  • Click the Delete Account button and follow the prompts to delete your account.

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be erased. If you’re unsure, consider adjusting your settings or reviewing your subscription before proceeding.

Section C: Access to Account and Profiles

  • Sharing your account: If you allow others access, they may see your profile and usage information.
  • Profiles: Each profile allows personalized experiences but is accessible to account holders.
  • Profile Transfers: Users may transfer eligible profiles to new accounts.
